Windows gives you plenty of ways to take quick screenshots of anything you want.
you might use keyboard shortcuts and built-in tools to capture, annotate, and save screenshots and screen recordings.
verify you choose the app or folder window you want to capture before pressing the shortcut.
Remember to paste and save the screenshot in another program.
This is done in the Windows 11 tweaks menu:
Go toSettings > Accessibility > Keyboard.
EnableUse the Print Screen button to open screen snipping.
end the options menu, then pressPrint Screento pop swing open the Snipping Tool.

Heres how to take a screenshot with the tool once its opened:
ClickNewfrom the Snipping Tool pop-up menu.
A tiny menu appears at the top of the screen, and your desktop will dim slightly.
The image will open in the Snipping Tool menu.
Click theSaveicon to save the image to thePictures > Screenshotsfolder.
This skips the Snipping Tool menu for setting delay timers and takes you directly to the screengrab menu.
You’ll need to haveRecord game clips, screenshots and broadcasts using Game bartoggled on in your options.
PressWindows Key + Gto bring up the Xbox Game Bar overlay.
go for the part of your screen you want to record and hitStart.
HitNewto start the countdown and get your screen set.
When the screen grays, opt for area you want to capture.
TheWindows key + Print Screenshortcut, which captures your whole screen, will send your image toPictures > Screenshots.
For screenshots taken using the Snipping Tool app, you could clickSaveand send to thePictures > Screenshotsfolder.
