Hide OneDrive ads

Microsoft loves to nag you about signing up for OneDrive.

To stop these ads too, go toSettings > System > Notificationsand turn off alerts fromOneDrive.

Next, openFile Explorerand click thethree dotsicon in the toolbar.

SelectOptions, followed by theViewtab.

Now scroll down and disableShow sync provider notifications.

Go toSettings > System > Notificationsand disable notifications for every app that spams you.

Put a stop to this by going toSettings > Privacy & security > Generaland disabling everything on the page.

Go toSettings > Personalization > gear Usageand disable each setting on this page to stop them.

Its icon will appear in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

To do so, go toSettings > Privacy & security > Diagnostics and feedbackand disableTailored experiences.

For good measure, you should also disableSend optional diagnostics data.
