Here’s how to get to them:

Go toSettings > System > Personalizationusing the same method above.

Click onThemesin the menu list.

pick the theme you want from theCurrent Themedrop-down menu.

once you nail selected your new theme, clickApplyto enable it.

OpenSettingsand selectPersonalizationfrom the list on the left-hand side.

SelectColorsin the Personalization window.

ClickChooseYourModeand selectCustomfrom the drop-down list.

SelectDarkorLightfor the theme that Windows and Menus will use.

it’s possible for you to also select anAccentColorby changing it to Manual.

ClickViewColorsand use the color picker to find the color you like best.

Use the toggle options to select which borders you want to apply the accent to.

Many of them will also work as dark themes.

Alternately, just navigate toSettings > Accessibility > Contrast themes.

Once in the Contrast themes menu, grab the color scheme that you like best from the drop-down menu.
