All of these things are important and can speed up your smartphone.
Go toSettings > System update,and tapDownload and install.
In this case, bring up the Play Store and update the offending apps first.
Updates may fix issues that lead to slowdowns in various Android apps.
Disable animations
A particularly old phone may not be able to handle Androids animations smoothly anymore.
If thats you, considerdisabling animations on your Android phone.
TapBuild numberseven timesthis will enable developer mode on your Android phone.
Go toSettings > System > Developer optionsand scroll down to theDrawingsection.
TapWindow animation scale,and selectAnimation off.
Then go for the same option underTransition animation scaleandAnimation duration scale.
Once again, youll have to enable developer mode to get the job done.

Now navigate toSettings > System > Developer optionsand scroll to theAppssection.
SelectBackground process limitand choose the option that suits you the most.
If your phone is laggy, check the app library and clear out any apps you no longer use.
Press and hold the apps icon and selectUninstallto delete it.
(Dont forget tounlink your accounts from an appbefore removing it.)
If you are having trouble finding unused apps, go toSettings > Storage > Manage Storage.
This will redirect you to GooglesFilesapp, where you will see a card labelledDelete unused apps.
HitSelect apps, choose the apps you want to get rid of, and then tapUninstall.
Freeing up internal storage goes a long way towards speeding up your gadget.
While youre at it, take a moment toclear the app cache, too.
This will remove everything from your smartphone, though, so its a last-resort option.
