Impossible illusions are a key in of optical illusions that cannot possibly exist.
However, with clever design its possible to create objects that look impossible when viewed from the correct angle.
One the most common impossible figure is the Penrose Triangle.
Now here is the impossible made possible.
But how did they do it?
Lets look at it from the other side.
Another impossible triangle located in Ophoven, Belgium.
This one was achieved differently.
An another one at Gotschuchen, South Austria.
The Belvedere is another impossible structure
….made possible.
Another look at it from a different angle.
M. C. Eschers Ascending and Descending is another famous impossible building.
Andrew Lipson and Daniel Shiuconstructed several Ascending and Descending structures using Lego.
