Take advantage of your sunny, active tendencies while you still can.

Lets say today has a high of 90 degrees.
Even if you cant avoid the heat, youll be fine.
Running in the heat slows you down, butmakes you stronger in the long run.
Its like giving yourself a superpower.
Either way, you have a few months of decent weather before winter begins.
But its summer now!
Those days are far in the future.
Pick a time slot youll stick with.
If you wouldnt sign up for an 8am class, you probably wont enjoy an 8am run.
Dont stress about this.
As of today, its more than three months to Thanksgiving.
you’re free to do a nine week program with plenty of time to spare.
Heck, you’ve got the option to do a six-week programtwice.
Just start running now, and dont second guess yourself.
Okay, it must be some other season.
January Is Good for Finding Company.
Two months is plenty of time to ramp up.
In truth, the best time to start running isright now, no matter whenright nowis.
Theres no point in waiting for a better time to roll around.
But I really think theres something special about late summer.
Take advantage while it’s possible for you to.
This is an excellent time to start.
