So I was really excited when I discoveredMax Zorn. Max Zorns works are not only technically amazing but also hugely engrossing. Once the lights are turned on, it creates a very graphic picture that seems to be self-glowing. These guys often use slim tapes to outline their ideas on large boards. I was surprised to see, how fast they could create stunning sketches with it. During the last years that kind of tape-art also conquered the streets as a new form of urban art....

Giuliano Mauri's Tree Cathedral

Giuliano Mauri’s “Cattedrale Vegetale” is arguably the most impressive piece of natural architecture on Earth. Inside this cage, Mauri planted eighty hornbeam saplings. The Cathedral comprises 42 columns forming a basilica of five aisles. As the beeches grow they will form a natural roof across the Cathedral. The Cathedral takes up 650 square meters and took months to construct.
