Each mural can take several months with Grohe enjoying every brush stroke.
Some of the murals he has painted reach 3,600ft.

His professional career as a graphic designer and illustrator began in Seattle in 1961.
In 1973, he was asked to design graphics for Expo74 in Spokane, Washington.
