A heads up about the tricky parts
SCRAP is a verb.
In dry climates, LIGHTNING is more likely to cause a certain natural disaster.
A KILN is a very hot chamber used to finish off things made from CLAY.

How I solved todays Connections
Doesnt look like theres anything too tricky on the board today.
FIRE, SUN, KILN, and VOLCANO could all be sources of intense heat.
Maybe LIGHTNING is in there instead of KILN, since KILN is the only non-nature thing I selected.
BANANA PEEL and SCRAP could be leftover garbageGREASE works there too.
Oh, but maybe SCRAP is a verb that goes with DROP, CUT, and… AXE!
That feels like a hit.
KILN goes with CLAY, GLAZE, and WHEEL, because those are all parts of the pottery process.
That leaves EEL, BANANA PEEL, ICE, and GREASE.
Those are all slippery!
Youll see a game board with 16 tiles, each with one word or phrase.
Your job is to select a group of four tiles that have something in common.
Select four items and hit the Submit button.
If you guessed correctly, the category and color will be revealed.
(Yellow is easiest, followed by green, then blue, then purple.)
If your guess was incorrect, youll get a chance to retry.
You win when youve correctly identified all four groups.
But if you make four mistakes before you finish, the game ends and the answers are revealed.
Expect to see overlapping groups.
So dont hit submit until youve confirmed that your group of four containsonlythose four things.
