What is the spangram in todays Strands?

Todays spangram is JEWELTONES.

What are the theme words in todays Strands?

The theme words today are: GARNET, TOPAZ, EMERALD, AMETHYST, RUBY, SAPPHIRE.

I see TONE, but thats a non-theme word.

Hmm, Im seeing a lot of non-theme words.

I have enough for a hint, but I have a go at avoid using those.

I still dont see anything!

All right, fine, lets use a hint.

I use the letters it highlights to form RUBY in the upper left corner.

Oh, maybe its types of gemstones?

Yep, that z in the bottom row is the end of TOPAZ.

To the left of that is GARNET.

EMERALD fits in the bottom right.

And the letters of the spangram form a diamond shape.

AMETHYST is in the center of the spangram.

And SAPPHIRE completes the puzzle.

That was a tough one for me.

I like that theyre getting more creative with the Strands boards lately.
